Specializing in energy efficient homes, utilizing solar power wherever possible and waste treatment plants.

We build with foam panel and shotcrete construction - very strong and insulated starting at R25 and up. Great savings when installing air conditioning.

Who We Are

Founded by Michael J Carter in 1999 in Todos Santos, BCS, MX
Michael came from Oregon as a landscape designer/contractor and found those skills flowed over nicely into the design and building of our outdoor living conditions in BCS.

Our History

1999 designing landscapes in Todos Santos, Portland Oregon and Los Cabos. Moved into designing homes and managing the construction. Started building with alternative building materials and haven't looked back!
